On May 19th, 2025, VALERECO and fellow research projects will come together for a Joint Field Day in Central Greece, offering a full-day programme of demonstrations, field visits, and interactive workshops focused on annual crops and agroecological practices.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Visit field trials in Viotia and Fthiotis–Larisa regions, exploring ecosystem services and legume-based cropping systems in VALERECO’s Living Labs.

• Attend live UAV flight demos and hands-on sessions on non-chemical weed management.

• Take part in a practical workshop on behavioural science approaches in agriculture, including biases and nudges.

The event is co-organised by  WEST and Smart Farming Technology Group teams from the Agricultural University of Athens, with the support of projects GOOD, ForestAgriGreenNudge, Oper8, NEUTRAWEED and ONE GREEN.
