On May 21, 2025, the Green Nudges in Agriculture & Forestry Conference will take place at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels, organised by the Horizon Europe project ForestAgriGreenNudge.
This high-level event will gather policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to explore how behavioral science and Green Nudges can contribute to the European Green Deal and inform the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP27).
The agenda includes keynote speeches, policy workshops, and case studies showcasing practical applications of behavioral insights in agriculture and forestry.
Among the speakers is Prof. Nikos Georgantzis from the Burgundy School of Business (BSB), a VALERECO project partner, contributing to the discussion on how behavioural economics can support sustainable transitions in the agri-food and forestry sectors.
The conference also offers opportunities to connect with other Horizon Europe projects such as PRUDENT, fostering dialogue and collaboration across shared sustainability goals.
